This is a unique entry level opportunity for a passionate business marketer on a fast-paced, exciting agency team.

As a Marketing Coordinator dedicated to one of our biggest accounts you will be responsible for supporting our team with a variety of functions including conducting competitive market research, supporting on marketing plan development and presentations to clients, setting up meetings and other miscellaneous tasks.

Essentially your role is focused on helping the business leadership team in any way possible to provide our clients with the best service and smartest thinking.

This role is perfect for someone who is quick on their feet, detail obsessed, and always ready to jump in and help.

what you bring to the table

  • Post Secondary diploma in advertising or marketing
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast paced, high volume  environment - you are not easily frazzled
  • A strong team player with strong interpersonal skills (you have a can do attitude and a passion for building relationships)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior advertising account management internship experience (Considered a big asset)
